The INSIGHT Inventory Interpretive Report is a classroom-style assessment in an online format and requires facilitator interpretation. The report includes:

• Work and Personal Style profile results
• Identifying your preferences on each trait
• Exploring how various environments and stress affect behavior
• Flexing to communicate with both opposite and similar personality styles

Participants will:

• gain in-depth knowledge about their personality styles
• understand and appreciate other people's styles
• clarify what situations are stressful and develop strategies for managing stress
• learn to flex (adapt) their style to communicate better
• improve their personal effectiveness
• build stronger, more effective relationships

Organizations:

• Your report(s) will be added to your eINSIGHT Assessment Center account. You will be notified when they are ready.
• If you don't have an eINSIGHT Assessment Center account a customer service representative will contact you for setup details. 

Individuals:

• You will receive an access code to register and take the eINSIGHT Inventory within 24 business hours.
